Hi There. We're Sahra and Richard.
Two imperfect people, united by God's grace, doing our best to love each other well and point others toward the hope we've found in Him.
Rooted in Faith
Sahra gave her life to Jesus in 1998 during her sophomore year of college. It is the single best decision she has ever made. Richard came to know the Lord in 2021. Together they have been part of the same loving family of believers and have served in different capacities in their church community throughout their years in Christ.
Growing in relationship with Jesus is the foundation from which everything in their lives and this ministry flows. Not a destination. A daily, deepening walk.
A Marriage Built on Grace
Sahra and Richard married in 2002 after a whirlwind romance. They have always had a heart for people. God has simply been giving them clearer vision of what that should look like over the years, building them up spiritually to serve more like Him with every season.
Through Sahra's most difficult years of health struggles, Richard stood by her as a steady, unwavering presence. She truly saw Jesus through her husband, and it makes all of it worth it.
God Called Us to Help His People Get Unstuck
After years of battling unexplained symptoms with no answers from the medical world, Sahra discovered a surprising root cause: nervous system dysregulation. She found her way back through a combination of God's truth and emerging science.
Now God is calling Sahra and Richard to help His people get unstuck, Body, Mind, and Spirit, so they can step into the good works He created in advance for them to do. That is why this website, this community, and this mission exist.
